You obviously have personal talents and value that you will bring to your own business, but according to your answer, you are also willing to listen to experts and follow a set of processes.  You are exactly the kind of person franchises are looking for.  Franchise executives need to protect their brand, and protect the reputation of their existing franchises by insisting that you follow a certain set of guidelines, operating procedures and processes.  Some franchises are more flexible than others, and you are always encouraged to innovate in your own business, but knowing that you are willing to follow a process is the first characteristic that franchisors are looking for in potential franchisees.
